Developing Indicators for Monitoring and Evaluating Projects Financed by the AMIF and ISF. Maastricht, 22-23 May 2014

Prior to indicating targets for outputs once the national programmes are negotiated and approved by the European Commission in 2014, Member States are asked to stipulate expected changes and results by the intervention of the above Funds.

This seminar will thus focus on how best to quantify the national programmes for 2014-2020 by generating smart indicators in the common monitoring and evaluation framework. Defining performance indicators could not only help to demonstrate if and to what extent achievements correspond to set targets and purposes, but also provide a detailed set of preliminary data for measuring and comparing a project’s impact.
