A whole package of new proposals for CAP has been launched by the European Comission after being negotiated over the past few years between the European Parliament (for the fisrt time ever) and the Member States. Respective delegatied legal acts were concluded in March 2014 as a sterting point for administrative implementation. The final implementation will now starts in 2015, but it still envisages some open questions regarding challenges, especially on the future distinction and coherence across the two pillars.
