This intensive three-day training course is an introduction to Project Cycle Management (PCM).PCM is the standard procedure for carrying out programmes and projects. It is the official tool required by the European Commission and many bilateral donors.

The course will introduce Results-Based Management (RBM) and its application in project management. The course explains the PCM approach, focusing on theoretical and practical analysis of all project phases, including some technical hints such us preparing a working plan, budget, executive projects and identifying partners, design, implementing a proper project, monitoring and an evaluation system. Over the three days, participants will learn how and where to find relevant information through the main websites and channels of communication.
