Horizon 2020 is the biggest EU Research and Innovation programme to date, with nearly €80 billion of funding available over seven years (2014 to 2020).Horizon 2020 is the financial instrument implementing the Innovation Union, a Europe 2020 flagship initiative aimed at securing Europe's global competitiveness.

But what are the public administration challenges related to participating in this programme? Where can you find information? What is the role of the public administration? How do you present a good project proposal? How do you apply for funds? How do you find partners? This seminar will respond to these questions and many more.

Participants will receive a step-by-step guide through the entire process: from proposal preparation and submission, to reporting sessions.The seminar will enable participants to share ideas, identify useful inputs and find partners for future projects to be supported by Horizon 2020, as well as finding possible synergies with the European Structural and Investment Funds.
