Seminar: The New Regulations for Financial Management and Audit of EU Structural and Investment Funds. Maastricht, 2-3 December 2014

The seminar will examine the new regulations for the 2014-2020 programming period, with respect to financial management, control and audit.

The objectives of this seminar are twofold:

1. to bring together practitioners from the European, national and regional/local level, to enable them to share experiences and identify cases of good practice in the financial management and financial control and audit procedures for the Structural Funds in different Member States;

2. to discuss ways of implementing financial management rules and procedures, including budget management, reporting, audit and financial control requirements, interim payments, eligibility of expenditure rules, calculation of grants, target-setting, etc.
