SEMINARI: Financial Management of the New ESIF Programmes and Closure of Current EU Structural Funds Programmes

Maastricht, 29-30 Setembre 2015

The seminar will examine both the impact of the new regulations on programme implementation in 2014-2020, with respect to financial management, financial control and audit, and the closure procedures for the 2007-2013 programmes.
The objectives of this seminar are twofold:
1. to bring together practitioners from the European, national and regional/local level, to enable them to share experiences and identify cases of good practice;
2. to discuss ways of implementing financial management rules, including closure procedures, budget management, reporting, audit and financial control requirements, interim payments, eligibility of expenditure rules, calculation of grants, target-setting, etc.
