This practice oriented two-week course provides you with comprehensive insight into the constitutional organisation and law-making procedures of the European Union and introduces the fundamental concepts and principles of EU law.
What is this course about? Participants will gain practical understanding of the legal system of the EU and the most important principles governing the adoption and enforcement of the European Union law. In addition, participants will become familiar with different ways of challenging breaches of EU law before the Court of Justice of the EU and the consequences for Member States and EU Institutions. Finally the course offers a practical understanding of EU policy making and its effect on national administrations of the Member States.
